FRESH MANGO JUICE

Ingredients:

Good qulity riped Mangoes - 4
Sugar - one and half cup
Ice cubes -according to our taste

Method:

Peel the mangoes and cut into pieces by removing the nut
Put the mango pieces, sugar and half cup ice cubes in the mixie and
grind it for 2 min utes or till it all mixes. serve it in cups by adding ice cubes.

German Kinderpunsch


Ingredients

225ml (8 fl oz) water
150g (5 oz) caster sugar
2 pinches ground cloves
1 cinnamon stick
750ml (1 1/4 pints) apple juice
1 lemon, sliced

Preparation method

1. In a 3 litre saucepan, bring water, sugar, cloves and cinnamon to the boil.
2. Stir in juice and heat through. Do not boil. Take spices out and pour over lemon slices in serving bowl. Serve warm.

WASSAIL


Ingredients

450g (16 oz) caster sugar
1L (1 3/4 pints) water
2 cinnamon sticks
8 whole allspice berries
1 tablespoon whole cloves
1 slice fresh root ginger
1L (1 3/4 pints) orange juice
450ml (16 fl oz) lemon juice
2L (3 1/4 pints) apple juice

Preparation method
1. In a large saucepan over high heat, combine sugar and water. Boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, and add cinnamon sticks, allspice berries, cloves and ginger. Cover and let stand in warm place for 1 hour.
2. Strain liquid into a large pot. Just before serving, add juices and cider and quickly bring to the boil. Remove from heat and serve.

SPICED AUTUMN PUNCH


Ingredients

(See nutrition)
2 oranges
8 whole cloves
1.5L (2 1/2 pints) apple juice
1 cinnamon stick
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
4 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons lemon juice
500ml (17 fl oz) pineapple juice

Preparation method

1. Preheat oven to 180 C / Gas mark 4. Stud the whole oranges with cloves, and bake for 30 minutes.
2. In a large saucepan, combine the apple juice and cinnamon stick. Bring to the boil, reduce heat to medium and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the nutmeg, honey, lemon juice and pineapple juice.
3. Serve hot in a punch bowl with the 2 baked clove-studded oranges floating on top.

FRESH HOT MULLEDAPPLE JUICE


Ingredients

1.5L (2½ pints) apple juice
4 tablespoons maple syrup
2 cinnamon sticks
6 whole cloves
6 whole allspice berries
peel of 1 orange, cut into strips
peel of 1 lemon, cut into strips
Preparation method
1. Pour the apple juice and maple syrup into a large stainless steel saucepan.
2. Place the cinnamon sticks, cloves, allspice berries, orange peel and lemon peel in a muslin spice bag. Secure with kitchen string. Drop the spice bag into the juice mixture.
3. Place the saucepan over medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes or until the mixture is very hot but not boiling.
4. Remove from the heat. Discard the spice bag. Ladle the cider into big cups or mugs, adding a fresh cinnamon stick to each serving if desired.

BLUEBERRY CHERRY JUICE


INGREDIENTS

handful of cherries, pitted
3/4 cup blueberries
1 apple, cored and sliced PROCESS

1/2 cup raspberries, fresh or thawed from frozen
1 orange, peeled and sectioned
1 nectarine, pitted and sliced PROCESS

6 strawberries, fresh or thawed from frozen
1 apple, cored and sliced
1/2 orange, peeled and sectioned

FRESH RED CURRANT AND ORANGE JUICE


Ingredients

Red currant jelly : 1 cup
Orange peels : 1 tbsp
Ginger powder : ¼ tsp
Corn flour : 1 tbsp
Orange juice : 1 cup
Mustard powder : 1 tsp
Cider vinegar : 2 tbsp
Salt : as needed

Method

Mix jelly, orange juice, Orange peels, ginger powder, salt, mustard powder and boil till the jelly dissolves and bubbles are formed.
Mix corn flour and vinegar with orange juice and stir till contents thicken.
Serve with cold mutton.
2 cups of juice can be prepared from the above ingredients.

FRESH PALACHULAI JUICE

Ingredients

Palachulai ( jackfruit pieces ) : 5
Milk : ¼ litre
Ripe mango : 1
Sugar : 150 gm
Honey : as needed
Badam : as needed
Cashew : as needed
Cardamom : 4 or 5
Salt : a pinch

Method

Cut mango and jackfruit into small pieces and grind in a mixie.
Boil milk well and cool it.
Soak badam and cashew in water and grind to a paste.
Mix ground fruit, cashew paste and milk.
Add honey, sugar, salt, powdered cardamom and blend it in a mixie.
Store it in the fridge and serve.

FRESH POMEGRANATE JUICE


Ingredients

Ripe Pomogrante seeds - 1 cup
Water - 1/2 cup
Suagr - to taste

Method


1.Blend together the pomogrante seeds along with water and sugar till frothy

2.Stain and serve

FRESH WATERMELON JUICE

Ingredients:

Watermelon
Salt to taste
Jeera Powder

Method:
1. cut water melon
2. take out seeds
3. throw away white part
4. cut melons into small pieces
5. Use juicer for getting juice adding half bowl of water
6. Serve chilled adding little salt and jeera powder(add some ice cubes)

FRESH BANANA JUICE RECEIPE



Ingredients ( 2 glasses )
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 4 dates
  • Fresh milk (for 2 person)
